Inquiry privacy notice

My Nara is operated by SENTIC LLC. This notice applies to information you submit through My Nara inquiry forms.

What we collect and why

We record your name, email address, message, any optional organization, website and location details, inquiry type, language, submission time and handling status. We use these details to answer you, review listing or advertising proposals, maintain a response history and prevent misuse. Sending an inquiry does not make a guide booking or listing or advertising agreement.

Services used to handle your inquiry

Vercel processes the form, and a dedicated Neon database stores inquiry records. Resend delivers our notification and your automated receipt. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse; a verification token and technical security information are sent to Cloudflare for this purpose. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not provide your message or photos for advertising delivery.

Retention and your requests

We normally keep an inquiry for one year after we finish handling it, then delete it. If a conversation remains active, we keep it until it is resolved. Please contact us below to request access, correction or deletion.
