Kudzu-kai is a booked class inside the same Yoshinoyama shop that serves made-to-order kudzu sweets. Its programme moves from an explanation of the plant and starch to tasting, a maker demonstration, comparison of two Yoshino kudzu types and each guest making kudzu-kiri. The operator schedules monthly shared sessions and can arrange a private eligible-weekday session; it is not included with an ordinary café dessert order. Confirm a specific date and language before arranging your mountain journey.
Joining this activity
Use the operator's date-specific application for a shared session. Private sessions need at least three participants and a phone enquiry; no private bookings on weekends, holidays or busy April/November. A request is not a confirmed place.
