What you will do

Kikuoka's separately booked workshop introduces the aroma and balance of twenty food-grade spices. The operator says the base leaves out black pepper and hot chillies, so each participant can adjust the blend before taking it home in a personalised package. This is a cooking-spice activity in a working pharmacy, not medical advice or a medicine-making class.
