Ikoma Taisha accepts advance bookings for several Shinto prayers, from family and health wishes to Shichi-Go-San. This is a devotional service at an active shrine, not a staged cultural performance or a walk-in tourist session. The shrine sets the offering according to the prayer requested and lists a duration of about 30 minutes for many services. Ask what is appropriate for a visitor and whether the service can be conducted in a language you understand.

Call the shrine at 0743-77-8001 to reserve; the published booking window is 09:00–16:00. The operator says its web contact form cannot book prayers. Confirm the selected rite, date, exact offering, language, ritual etiquette and any festival-day restriction directly.
